How Does It Work?

1. Collect your damaged cables, securely package them, and send them to us via your preferred shipping method.
2. Power Assemblies technicians will inspect each individual cable and note which cable is damaged and at what specific length.
3. We will contact you to follow up where the damage is, and what you would prefer to do with the cables: 
   • Replace the connectors
   • Turn cables into pigtails
   • Shorten cables from 100 ft to 75, 50, or 25 ft, etc.
4. We repair your cables, re-inspect, and test each individual cable.
5. Package and send your cables back to you.
