Tap boxes are an enclosed junction box that connects incoming and outgoing cables to a mechanical lug to ensure a strong connection between power sources. These terminal boxes are often used together with load bank testing stations, switch gear connections, as well as generator connections. Tap boxes help keep multiple circuits separated inside a single enclosure rather than using a group of Polaris taps which take up a lot of space. Our tap boxes are rated from 400 to 3000 amps and come single or three phase.
